Abstract: The passportization is the process of gathering information about a managed property, which is connected to the processes of planning processes and activities leading to the efficient management of the trust property. The aim of this paper is to highlight the importance of passportization and the resulting evidence in asset management. Applying different kinds of evidence in the management of property management is an essential tool for the entire process of planning, implementing and monitoring such as billing for services performed. Content requirements of each type of evidence, submits to the performance needs of property management. Deepening awareness of the passportization provides practical application of this approach not only upon evidence of the property, but also for the planning of asset management at all levels of management (strategic, tactical, and operational)
