Разработка технологических схем работы форвардера

Abstract

Работа посвящена совершенствованию лесосечных работ, в частности технологическим схемам работы форвардера. На основании подробного анализа технологий выявлена проблема низкой эффективности работы форвардера во всем многообразии условий и различных требований к технологиям лесозаготовок. Также анализ и научных публикаций показывает, что эта проблема осталась без должного внимания ученых, а в имеющихся исследованиях осталась недостаточно решенной. В работе показана основная тому причина – несистемный подход к ее изучению, а в большей степени фрагментарный. На основании вышеизложенного была определена цель исследований, которая заключалась в разработке технологических схем работы форвардера с учетом всех основных влияющих факторов, условий и требований. При этом решались следующие задачи: 1) на основании анализа технологий и исследований определить все основные влияющие факторы, условия, различные требования, которые необходимо учитывать при создании технологических схем работы форвардера; 2) разработать теоретический подход комплексного решения проблемы; 3) разработать технологические схемы работы форвардера с учетом всего многообразия факторов. Практическим результатом явились предложенные схемы, которые могут быть рекомендованы для использования в практике лесосечных работ.

The research is devoted to the improvement of logging operations, in particular, to the technological schemes of the forwarder operation. Based on a detailed analysis of the technologies, the problem of signifi cantly low effi ciency of the forwarder’s operation in all the variety of conditions and different requirements for wood harvesting technologies has been identifi ed. An analysis of scientifi c publications also shows that this problem has not received the necessary attention from scientists, and the existing research has not been suffi ciently resolved. The main reason for this is the lack of a systematic approach to studying the problem, which has resulted in a fragmented approach. Based on this, the goal of the research was to develop technological schemes of the forwarder operation, taking into account all the main infl uencing factors, conditions, and requirements. At the same time, the following tasks were solved: 1) based on the analysis of technologies and research, to determine all the main infl uencing factors, conditions, various requirements that must be taken into account when creating technological schemes of the forwarder operation; 2) to develop a theoretical approach to a comprehensive solution of the problem; 3) to develop technological schemes of the forwarder operation, taking into account the diversity of factors. The practical result was the proposed schemes, which can be recommended for use in the practice of logging operations.
