Национальная стратегия развития АПК: теоретические модели роста и разрушения, результат их реализации

Abstract

The results of the execution by the Russian authorities of the US and EU programs of the West's assistance to the USSR in the "transition to the market" according to the "established criteria" of the IMF are presented. The role and significance of the new science of "Kremlinology" in the formation of the main provisions of the new Information Economic War and their practical implementation, which led to the dismemberment of the USSR into "sovereign" states, economic damage and human losses, exceeded the damage from World War II. The main provisions of the new science of "humanology" on the justification of the Leningrad model of development of the agro-industrial complex are presented as drivers of the dynamic development of the economy and its practical implementation with world-class indicators for the implementation of the President's National Strategy of Import Substitution, the restoration of domestic production and the cessation of the Information Economic War of the United States and the EU in Russia.

Приведены результаты исполнения органами власти РФ программ США, ЕС «помощи Запада» СССР в «переходе к рынку» по «установленным критериям» МВФ. Показана роль и значение новой науки «кремлелогии» в формировании основных положений новой информационной экономической войны и их практической реализации, которые привели к расчленению СССР на «суверенные» государства, экономическому ущербу и людским потерям, превысившим ущерб от Второй Мировой войны. Приведены основные положения новой науки «человекологии» по обоснованию Ленинградской модели развития АПК как драйвера динамичного развития экономики и ее практической реализации с показателями мирового уровня для исполнения Национальной стратегии Президента по импортозамещению, восстановлению отечественного производства и прекращению информационной экономической войны США, ЕС в России.
