Abstract

The article looks at the current situation and prospects for the application of Internet of things technologies in the world and the Russian Federation. It gives the basic characteristics of the Internet of things market, features of its application in various spheres, its advantages and limitations. The specifics of the use of Industrial Internet of things in various industries, including the forest sector, are described. The domestic and foreign experience of applying of technologies based on the Internet of things is presented.

В статье рассматривается текущая ситуация и перспективы применения технологий Интернета вещей в мире и Российской Федерации. Приведены основные характеристики рынка Интернета вещей, особенности его применения в различных сферах, преимущества и ограничения. Описана специфика применения промышленного Интернета вещей в различных отраслях, включая лесной сектор. Приведен отечественный и зарубежный опыт применения технологий, основанных на Интернете вещей.
