Структура и особенности системы озеленения города Уфы

Abstract

Городская система озеленения формируется под влиянием различных факторов, таких как природно-климатические условия местности, особенности планировочной структуры города, качество и количество существующих зеленых насаждений. Город Уфа, расположенный в междуречье рек Белой и Уфы, имеет преимущественно линейную планировочную структуру, обусловленную особенностями исторического развития. Зеленые насаждения города в большинстве своем расположены по его границам, опоясывая город, повторяя контуры рек. Внутри городской застройки элементы озеленения представлены в основном разрозненными участками в вид парков, скверов и садов. В большинстве случаев объекты озеленения не увязаны линейными либо другими элементами озеленения в единую систему. Эффективность системы озеленения города оценивается в первую очередь согласно нормативным показателям. Обеспеченность зелеными насаждениями общего пользования на одного горожанина удовлетворяет и даже превышает рекомендуемые нормативы. Однако доля площади всех зеленых насаждений относительно общей площади города недостаточна. В перспективе запланированы мероприятия, способствующие увеличению ее площадей и в целом улучшению ее состояния.

The urban landscaping system is formed under the influence of various factors, such as the natural and climatic conditions of the area, the features of the planning structure of the city, the quality and quantity of existing green plantations. The city of Ufa, located between the rivers Belaya and Ufa, has a predominantly linear planning structure due to the peculiarities of historical development. The green plantations of the city are mostly located along its borders, encircling the city, repeating the contours of the rivers. Within urban development, landscaping elements are mainly represented by scattered areas in the form of parks, squares and gardens. In most cases, landscaping facilities are not linked by linear or other landscaping elements into a single system. The effectiveness of the city’s landscaping system is assessed primarily according to regulatory indicators. The provision of public green plantations per citizen satisfies and even exceeds the recommended standards. However, the proportion of the area of all green plantations relative to the total area of the city is not sufficient. In the future, measures are planned to increase its area and generally improve its condition.
