Состояние лесных насаждений памятника природы регионального значения «Тундринский кедровый бор»

Abstract

В результате проведенных исследований дана оценка состояния лесных насаждений, представленных кедровниками зеленомошной и сфагновой группы, произрастающих в границах особо охраняемой природной территории памятник природы регионального значения «Тундринский кедровый бор». Объект исследования расположен в окрестностях села Тундрино Сургутского муниципального района ХМАО-Югры в границах Сургутского лесничества. Памятник природы образован на территории кедровника припоселкового типа, сформированного местным населением из коренного насаждения во второй половине XIX в. В настоящее время кедровники являются чистыми по составу и характеризуются высокими полнотами и запасами древесины. Установлено, что кедровые насаждения на территории бора оцениваются сильно ослабленным санитарным состоянием. Основными факторами воздействия на кедровые насаждения являются заготовка пищевых лесных ресурсов (орехов, грибов и ягод) и рекреация. Существенное влияние на состояние бора оказала применявшаяся в историческом прошлом заготовка орехов с помощью околота растущих деревьев кедра. В наиболее урожайных насаждениях доля поврежденных колотом деревьев кедра превышает 90 %. В статье также приведен анализ проблем правового регулирования заготовки пищевых лесных ресурсов и установления нормативов допустимого ежегодного объема сбора кедрового ореха в целях сохранения устойчивости кедровых лесов региона.

As a result of the conducted research, an assessment of the state of forest plantations represented by cedar forests of the green moss and sphagnum groups growing within the boundaries of the specially protected natural territory of the Tundrinsky Cedar Forest Nature Monument of regional signifi cance was given. The research object is located in the vicinity of the village of Tundrino, Surgut municipal District of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, within the boundaries of the Surgut Forestry. The natural monument was formed on the territory of a cedar grove of the village type, formed by the local population from the indigenous plantation in the second half of the 19th century. Currently, cedar forests are pure in composition and are characterized by high abundance and reserves of wood. It has been established that cedar plantations on the territory of the forest are assessed by a severely weakened sanitary condition. The main factors affecting cedar plantations are harvesting of food forest resources (nuts, mushrooms and berries) and recreation. The harvesting of nuts used in the historical past with the help of the cutting of growing cedar trees had a signifi cant impact on the state of the forest. In the most productive plantations, the proportion of cedar trees damaged by crushing exceeds 90 %. The article also provides an analysis of the problems of legal regulation of harvesting of food forest resources and the establishment of standards for the permissible annual volume of pine nut harvesting in order to preserve the stability of the cedar forests of the region.
