Проблемы рынка недвижимости и деревянного домостроения в условиях вступления России в ВТО

Abstract

In the article the main problems of the of real estate and wooden housing construction market in the conditions of Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization according are considered to the following scheme: 1) The main tendencies of the residential real estate market in Russia development; 2) Problems and tendencies of the wooden housing construction market development; 3) Influence of the Russian Federation accession into the WTO on the wooden housing construction market. It is noted that information on this market is asymmetric, data are remote, and expert’s opinions are often inconsistent. At the same time, wooden housing construction market is very perspective in Russia and has an obvious tendency to expansion

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы рынка недвижимости и деревянного домостроения в условиях вступления России в ВТО по следующей схеме: 1) Основные тенденции развития рынка жилой недвижимости в России; 2) Проблемы и тенденции развития рынка деревянного домостроения; 3) Влияние вступления РФ в ВТО на рынок деревянного домостроения. Отмечается, что информация о рынке деревянного домостроения асимметрична, данные труднодоступны, мнения экспертов зачастую противоречивы. Вместе с тем, данный рынок весьма перспективен в России и имеет явную тенденцию к расширению.
