Производство тары из лущеного шпона

Abstract

Types of the wooden container produced from an interline interval 1,5–5,0 mm thick and intended for packing and tansportirovka of a citrus, berries, mushrooms are given. Designs of trays, baskets are shown. For production of an interline interval it is used wood of soft breeds of wood, for example a poplar, an aspen, a linden. The manufacturing techniques of details of a container are considered. At first the hulled interline interval becomes, then it is cut for preparations. Schemes of the equipment are provided, on an example the method of calculation of forces and capacities is shown.

Приведены виды деревянной тары, изготовляемой из шпона толщиной 1,5–5,0 мм и предназначенной для упаковки и танспортировки цитрусовых, ягод, грибов. Показаны конструкции лотков, корзин. Для изготовления шпона используются древесины мягких пород древесины, например, тополя, осины, липы. Рассмотрена технология изготовления деталей тары. Сначала делается лущеный шпон, затем он рубится на заготовки. Приведены схемы оборудования, на примере показана методика расчета сил и мощности.
