| dc.description.abstract | The kinetics and thermodynamics of formation of chloromagnesium cements, which involves magnesium oxide, the main component of metallurgical sludge produced in manufacture of magnesium, were studied. The rate constants, activation energy, frequency factor, and thermodynamic constants of the reactions in which crystalline hydrates of composition 3Mg(OH) 2·.
